STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Legal Policies

Homzho is a brand owned and operated by Hribhav Services Pvt. Ltd.. These policies govern the use of all services, products, subscriptions, rentals, maintenance plans, and customer interactions offered under the Homzho brand.

1. Terms & Conditions

By booking, subscribing to, renting, or using any Homzho service, the customer agrees to these policies.

Homzho reserves the right to update plans, pricing, coverage, and operational terms without prior notice where legally permitted.

Use of services is subject to availability and serviceable locations.

2. Rental Policy

2.1 Equipment Ownership

All rented machines remain the sole property of Hribhav Services Pvt. Ltd..

2.2 Rental Charges

- Rental fees are payable monthly/Quarterly/Yearly as per purchased plan, unless otherwise agreed.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services and recovery of product.

2.3 Security Deposit

Where applicable:

- Deposit is refundable after pickup and inspection.
- Pending dues or damages may be adjusted.
- Refunds processed within 1 to 2 working days.

2.4 Maintenance

Routine maintenance may be included as per selected plan only.

2.5 Relocation

Shifting / reinstallation is subject to area coverage and may be chargeable.

2.6 Installation Conditions

Installation requires:

- Water inlet availability
- Power supply
- Safe installation space
- Serviceable location

*Additional plumbing/carpentry/electrical work is chargeable.

2.7 Customer Responsibilities

Customer must:

- Use equipment properly
- Keep surroundings hygienic
- Allow technician access
- Avoid tampering
- Pay dues on time

2.8 Damage/Loss Charges

Customer may be liable for:

- Broken body/tap/fittings
- Theft/loss
- Electrical damage due negligence
- Missing parts

2.9 Cancellation

- Prior notice recommended
- Pending dues must be cleared
- Pickup scheduled as per availability

2.10 Termination Rights

Homzho may suspend or terminate service for:

- Non-payment
- Misuse
- Fraudulent activity

3. AMC Policy

3.1 Scope

AMC covers only services specifically included in the selected package.

3.2 Validity

AMC starts from activation date/payment date and remains valid for the purchased term.

3.3 Exclusions

Unless expressly included:

- Pump
- SMPS
- UV lamp
- Tap/body parts
- External plumbing
- Electrical supply faults

3.4 Inspection

AMC may require machine inspection before approval.

3.5 Non-Refundable

AMC charges are generally non-refundable once activated.

3.6 Preventive Service Visits

Visits shall be scheduled subject to availability.

3.7 Customer Obligations

Customer must provide:

- Premises access
- Water supply
- Electricity where needed

3.8 Unauthorized Repairs

Third-party repairs may void AMC support.

4. One-Time Service Policy

4.1 Scope

One-time service includes only work approved in the estimate/invoice/job card.

4.2 Charges

Customer agrees to pay applicable visit, labor, and spare part charges.

4.3 Spare Parts

Compatible parts shall be used subject to availability.

4.4 Removed Parts

Old filters/parts may be discarded unless customer requests return before completion.

4.5 Limited Warranty

Any warranty is limited to specified parts or workmanship only.

4.6 Revisit Policy

Fresh issue after completed job may require separate inspection / charges unless covered by warranty.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Rental Cancellation

Customer may request cancellation with prior notice. Pending dues must be cleared before pickup.

5.2 Deposit Refund

Refundable deposits may be adjusted against:

- Unpaid rent
- Damages
- Pickup charges
- Other outstanding dues

5.3 AMC Cancellation

AMC plans are generally non-refundable after activation.

5.4 One-Time Service Refund

Completed service charges are non-refundable once work is delivered.

6. Privacy Policy

Homzho may collect customer details such as:

- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email
- Billing information
- Service history

This information is used only for:

- Service delivery
- Billing
- Support
- Communication
- Internal operations
- Legal compliance

Customer data is not sold to third parties except where required by law or operational necessity.

7. Payment Policy

Payments may be accepted through:

- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Cash (where allowed)
- Cards (credit/debit)
- Approved digital platforms

Late payments may attract reminders, service holds, or collection action.

Invoices may be issued in the name of Hribhav Services Pvt. Ltd..

8. Warranty & Liability Policy

8.1 Performance Disclaimer

Water purifier performance depends on incoming water quality, pressure, TDS, and usage.

8.2 Damage Exclusions

Homzho is not liable for issues caused by:

- Third-party tampering
- Wrong electrical supply
- Poor plumbing
- Negligence
- Misuse
- Natural wear beyond coverage

8.3 Delays Beyond Control

Homzho is not liable for delays caused by traffic, strikes, floods, lockdowns, weather, or force majeure events.

9. Contact & Jurisdiction

For support, billing, renewals, or complaints, contact Homzho customer support.

*Any disputes shall be subject to courts of Pune.
